I proudly take part of the credit for introducing Matt and Julie back in the summer of 2011. They were both in the our wedding party, and they bonded over how to successfully survive the zombie apocalypse (hint: a blimp is not the correct answer).
Flash forward a few years, including one very long year of deployment...
Some holidays (in standard Matty B fashion)...
And some embarrassing dance moves...
... And Matt finally puts his soldiers to good use and proposes to Julie at his change of command ceremony.
Lucky for all of us, she said YES!
I'm sure that all of you, like myself, are SO excited to see what the future holds for them!
Only a few more weeks and Julie is legally obligated to love Matt forever (and of course the other way around!)
